Reception Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS
- Reception and check-in/check-out of guests with a warm and professional service
- Answering phone calls, emails and inquiries in a personal and polite manner
- Processing of reservations, bookings and room requests using our booking system
- Providing information on hotel services, local attractions and events
- Solution-oriented handling of guest requests and complaints
- Close collaboration with other departments to ensure guests have an unforgettable stay
- Reception team management incl. Staff deployment planning and roster design
YOUR PROFILE
- completed training in the hospitality industry or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience at the hotel reception or in guest service
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, further language skills are an advantage
- Friendly demeanour and strong service orientation
- Organisational talent and the ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment
- Safe handling of common computer programs
- Leadership knowledge and high social competence
