  • Verkauf von Zimmern, Gruppen- & Firmenangeboten sowie MICE-Leistungen
  • Aktive Akquise & Betreuung von Firmen, Gruppen, Eventagenturen & Key Accounts
  • Übernahme der Stellvertretung des Hoteldirektors im Berghotel in dessen Abwesenheiten
  • Planung, Organisation & Durchführung von Meetings, Incentives & Events am Berg & am Schiff
  • Erstellung von Event-, Ablauf- & Logistikkonzepten inkl. Vor-Ort-Betreuung
  • Angebots- & Vertragsmanagement, Kalkulation & Budgetverantwortung
  • Weiterentwicklung von Angeboten & MICE-Konzepten
  • Mitarbeit bei Sales- & Marketingunterlagen sowie Teilnahme an Messen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Vertriebsstärke und Erfahrung im Eventmanagement (idealerweise MICE/Tourismus)
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige & lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten & starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Organisationstalent, Kreativität & gutes Zeitmanagement
  • Kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung mit Angebots- & Vertragsprozessen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen & digitalen Tools
