YOUR TASKS

  • Operational & strategic management of daily hotel operations
  • Development & implementation of sales strategies for accommodation & events
  • Monitoring of various cost budgets
  • Active acquisition of new customers as well as support & development of existing client relationships
  • Management & optimization of sales channels
  • Conducting market & competitor analyses & regular reporting to management
  • Leadership, motivation & development of staff
  • Close collaboration with other departments to ensure an unforgettable stay for our guests

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed education or degree in hotel management, tourism, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in sales within the hotel or tourism industry
  • Initial leadership experience is an advantage
  • Strong service & customer orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking
  • Excellent German & English skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident use of MS Office, channel managers & hotel software
