Head of Accommodation/Sales (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS
- Operational and strategic management of daily hotel operations
- Development and implementation of sales strategies for accommodation and events
- Monitoring of various cost budgets
- Active acquisition of new customers as well as support and expansion of existing customer relationships
- Management and optimization of sales channels
- Conducting market and competitor analyses as well as regular reporting to senior management
- Leadership, motivation, and development of employees
- Close collaboration with other departments to ensure an unforgettable stay for our guests
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed education in hotel management, tourism, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in sales within the hotel or tourism industry
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office, channel managers, and hotel software
