YOUR TASKS

  • Schwerpunkt auf Budgetierung, Kalkulation & laufendem Controlling
  • Unterstützung bei der Steuerung des operativen Gastronomiebetriebs
  • Abnahme, laufende Betreuung & Qualitätssicherung unserer Betriebe vor Ort
  • Sicherstellung & Kontrolle von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- & HACCP-Standards 
  • Mitarbeit im Warenmanagement inkl. Lieferantenabstimmung
  • Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen, Reports & Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Mitwirkung an Konzepten & Projekten
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Küchen-, Service- sowie Betriebs-& Bereichsleitungen
  • Schnittstelle zu internen Abteilungen & externen Partnern 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Ausbildung an einer Hotelfachschule oder Studium (BWL, Tourismus, Gastronomie)
  • Berufserfahrung in Gastronomie/Hotellerie von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in einer operativen oder verantwortlichen Rolle wünschenswert 
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Service, Küche, Warenwirtschaft & HACCP
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise & Organisationstalent
  • Kommunikationsstark, teamorientiert & sicher im Umgang mit Systemen
