Koordinator Gastronomie & Operations (m/w/d)

YOUR TASKS

  • Schwerpunkt bei der Unterstützung bei Budgetierung, Kalkulation und Controlling
  • Mitarbeit bei der Steuerung und Koordination des laufenden Gastronomiebetriebs
  • Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und HACCP-Standards
  • Mitarbeit im Warenmanagement inkl. Lieferantenabstimmung
  • Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen, Reports und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Mitarbeit an Konzepten und Projekten
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Küchen-, Service- und Bereichs- & Betriebsleitungen
  • Schnittstelle zu internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern

YOUR PROFILE

  • Ausbildung an einer Hotelfachschule oder Studium (BWL, Tourismus, Gastronomie)
  • Berufserfahrung in Gastronomie/Hotellerie von Vorteil
  • Erste Erfahrung in einer koordinierenden oder stellvertretenden Rolle wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in Service, Küche, Warenwirtschaft & HACCP
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
  • Kommunikationsstark, teamorientiert und sicher im Umgang mit Systemen
