YOUR TASKS

  • Organisation & Umsetzung von Weiterbildungs- & Trainingsmaßnahmen (MitarbeiterInnen & Führungskräfte)
  • Mitarbeit & eigenständige Steuerung von HR-Projekten (z. B. Employer Branding, Digitalisierung, Organisations- & Unternehmenskultur) 
  • Organisation & Koordination von Mitarbeiterevents (z. B. Veranstaltungen, interne Formate)
  • Weiterentwicklung & Betreuung der betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung (BGF)
  • Unterstützung im Recruiting-Prozess (Inserate, Bewerbermanagement, Interviews)
  • Mitarbeit in der HR-Administration (Verträge, Eintritte/Austritte, Datenpflege)
  • Schnittstelle zu internen Abteilungen sowie externen Partnern
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen & -Instrumenten 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich HR, BWL oder Recht bzw. aus der Praxis gleichzusetzende Erfahrung
  • Idealerweise 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich
  • Strukturierte, genaue & eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz & Freude im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Organisationsstärke & Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Interesse an Themen wie Personalentwicklung, Gesundheit & Unternehmenskultur
  • Fortgeschrittene MS-Office-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen
